Please read the following carefully, then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.
Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:
- Before you buy, request a trial account. If you are not satisfied, do not buy a long-term service.
- If your internet speed is slow, you may not be able to use Chisto4k services; this alone does not qualify for a refund.
- Our support team is available 24/7. If you cannot set up the service on your devices, please follow our setup guides; inability to set up is not grounds for a refund.
- If you made a mistake choosing a plan and completed payment, open a support ticket. Our team will review and, if eligible, process a correction or refund (e.g., purchased 12 months instead of 3 months).
- Refund requests after 7 days from activation will not be accepted.
